Inside Sales Executive

Inbound Source new prospects coming in through Website, Trade Portals, Telephonic among others, and qualify them to handover to the Sales team.
Outbound Rigorous cold calling and emailing, working with the Digital team to create customized.
EDMs for prospects.
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and increase the Prospect Database daily.
Understand customer needs and requirements and the ability to cross-sell on the phone.
Product Demonstrations
Follow-up on leads generated by field sales agents.
Follow up with channel partners for Lead generation and closure calls.
Online demonstration assistance to the Channels and salesperson
Online product training to channels.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Perform effective online demos to prospects if required.

Key Skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English, Hindi either Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam)
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Strong listening and presentation skills.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.
Driven, self-motivated and goal oriented.
