Job Description: Market Research Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Research Executive with a foundational background in market research methodologies and tools. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience in the IT and services industry, with budding expertise in both primary and secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and database building. Fluency in German is an added advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research using a variety of methodologies.
• Execute and support qualitative and quantitative market research studies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to aid decision-making.
2. Data Management & Reporting:
• Research companies across industries and build a comprehensive database of prospects.
• Assist the management with quantitative market research studies and prepare detailed reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track and present research and campaign progress.
3. Campaigns & Stakeholder Management:
• Plan and execute email campaigns, ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholders.
• Assist the sales team in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities by identifying and building relevant target databases.
4. Industry Events & Conferences:
• Collaborate in organizing and managing activities around industry events and conferences.
• Leverage events for lead generation and brand positioning.
5. Sales Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to identify prospects and refine sales strategies.
• Utilize various B2B tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Jigsaw, and DnB Hoovers for lead generation.
• Maintain and update data in Sales CRM systems, preferably Apollo AI.
6. Skills Development:
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to enhance research effectiveness.
• Continuously improve communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science,MBA, BBA, or BCA.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year in a Market Research Executive role, preferably within the IT and services sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in B2B tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Jigsaw, and DnB Hoovers.
• Hands-on experience with Sales CRM systems; familiarity with Apollo AI is an advantage.
• Communication:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities to effectively convey research findings.
• Additional Advantage: Fluency in German for enhanced collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders.
