Job Description

General Summary: Managing Accounts of Software company which deals with Software Development and Exports. Knowledge of Export, Import, EEFC Accounts and ERP would be an added advantage.

Should have knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, finalization, Statutory Compliance, Departmental Accounting, Billing / Invoicing, Month Close Activities, Reconciliation, Amortization, Accrual entries, Monthly Profit & Loss Review & Analysis. Help comply with statutory requirements relating to GST, Income Tax, TDS as well as the processing of statutory payments as per timelines and procedures.

Experience in: Accounts, Finance 4 - 8 Years

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Working days: 5 days weekly (Monday to Friday)

DETAILS OF FUNCTION: Responsible for Accounting , Finance for Software Export company, preferably from service industry

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Routine Activities :-

• Invoicing and co-ordinating with respective sales team
• Customer ageing weekly follow ups
• Look after day to day transactions of company and making entries in ERP system
• Banking Operation Relationship for EEFC Accounts and Current Accounts (EEFC Encashments, Inward and Outward Remittances)

Compliance :-

• Monthly payment of TDS and Quarterly filing of TDS returns along with issuance of Form 16 to vendors and contractors.
• E-Invoicing/GSTR1/GST3B filing & Assistance in GST Audit.
• Validation of Profit and Loss Report on quarterly basis and work out Company Advance Tax thereon.
• Look after Interim and Statutory Audit of the company.
