Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram/ Mumbai.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing market feedback to the team.
Qualifications:
- Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement.
- Over 8-10 years of sales experience.
- Market Analysis and Feedback skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address sales challenges.
- Market Analysis and Feedback: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the sales and product teams. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues. Contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
