Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales within the for Security Equipment (Sales
experience in BFSI is Plus) industry. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new
business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and achieving
sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential corporate clients within the Security Equipment sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in
corporate organizations.
Conduct detailed market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor
strategies.
Lead and manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer service) to
tailor solutions to client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Regularly track and report sales performance and provide insights for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the BFSI or
Security Equipment sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-6 years of proven experience in corporate sales within the Security Equipment industries.
Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and B2B sales strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of security solutions, & services. Experience in selling in BFSI is a plus.
Previous experience working with large corporate clients.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
