Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.

- Monitor branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
