We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Team Lead to join our IT department.
As a IT Team Lead, he will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT Infrastructure and peripherals for our organization.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT environment and assisting end-users with their technical needs as well managed internal team.
Responsibilities :
1. Cloud and Email support :
- Provide technical support AWS, Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and software packages in VM and Docker
- Must be hands on experience with O365 Administration.
- Good knowledge about SharePoint Administration.
Hardware and Software Support :
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user hardware devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and software packages.
- Good knowledge of any Antivirus/DLP solution.
Incident Resolution :
- Respond to and resolve support requests, incidents, and problems reported by end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate level of support.
Applications & Mac OS Support :
- Provide support on various applications & services like - Google G-suite, Office 365, Vonage, MS Teams, SharePoint, VPN etc.
- Troubleshoot and fix Mac OS and Apple device related Issues
5.User Assistance :
- Assist end-users in setting up new devices and applications, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Educate users on best practices for utilizing hardware and software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Network and Connectivity :
- Configure and troubleshoot network connections, both wired and wireless, ensuring connectivity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve network-related issues and provide seamless access to network resources.
- ISP troubleshooting
7.Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures to safeguard company data and information, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and updates to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, including incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Asset Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, tracking hardware and software licenses, warranties, and usage.
- Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, maintenance and part replacement
10. Remote Support:
- Provide remote support to off-site and remote employees, ensuring a consistent level of service across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 Years hands on experience in IT Infrastructure management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, SharePoint administration, Azure and AWS management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills
