Role Description:

- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources Business Partner (5-8 years) at Innover Digital.

- The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management.

- Experience in Learning & Development is essential.

- This role is based in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

- Limited to a maximum of 2 days working remotely.

Qualifications:

- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise.

- Experience in Employee Relations and knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.

Skills in Performance Management:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in Learning & Development is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Experience in a technology or consulting industry is a plus.

- Master's/bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
