We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-rounded lessons in English, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, writing, reading comprehension, and speaking skills, aligned with curriculum standards.
• Design and implement creative, interactive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and promote active student participation. Use diverse teaching methods, including discussions, projects, multimedia, and technology, to enhance the learning experience.
• Continuously evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and oral presentations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages open communication, critical thinking, and mutual respect. Inspire students to develop their language skills and express themselves confidently.
• Keep accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior. Regularly update parents and guardians on student progress through reports or meetings.
• Motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities related to English, such as reading clubs, drama, writing contests, or debates.
• Work closely with other teachers to promote interdisciplinary learning and contribute to school-wide educational initiatives and student development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience in English or a related subject.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for learning.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and educational technology.

Additional Information:

• Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Vehicle Facility: Provided to assist with commuting.
• Local Candidates Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates from the local area.
