We are seeking a passionate and skilled Social Studies teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and a deeper understanding of historical, geographical, and social concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive lessons in Social Studies, including History, Geography, Civics, and other related topics, aligned with curriculum standards.
• Prepare well-structured and interactive lesson plans that promote student engagement and cater to various learning styles. Utilize different teaching methods, including discussions, projects, and multimedia tools to make learning dynamic and interesting.
• Regularly assess students' understanding of key concepts through assignments, quizzes, tests, and class activities. Provide constructive feedback and offer additional support to students who need it.
• Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages open discussion, critical thinking, and respect for diverse perspectives. Build strong relationships with students to foster a love for learning.
• Keep accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Promote extracurricular activities related to Social Studies, such as history clubs, debates, or field trips, and guide students to explore these interests outside of the classroom.
• Work with other teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning opportunities and contribute to school-wide educational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Geography, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience in Social Studies or a related subject.
• Strong knowledge of Social Studies concepts and ability to teach them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and educational technologies.

Additional Information:

• Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Vehicle Facility: Provided to assist with commuting.
• Local Candidates Preferred: Candidates from the local area will be given priority.
