Role : Program Manager.
Experience : 3 to 5 years.
Location : Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon.
Notice : Immediate.
Job Profile : Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
ERP Data archival solution design and implementation :
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and extract various details from ERP systems to meet organizational needs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle of ERP projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Perform System Integration testing, Data Reconciliation and UAT support.
Database Management :
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Develop stored procedures, triggers, and scripts using Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server T-SQL.
Data Transformation and Performance Tuning :
- Analyze and resolve any data extraction related issues including transformation of data in user understandable format.
- Perform query optimization and bulk extraction of data without any performance issues.
- Extraction of supporting documents.
Training and Documentation :
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
- Maintain documentation for archival solution design, extraction and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in any ERP system (e.g., Oracle EBS, Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, etc.)
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL.
- Knowledge of language like Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, database design, and optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP integration tools and APIs.
Functional Skills :
- Strong understanding of business processes, such as finance, media process etc.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of reporting and BI tools Power BI.
- Experience with scripting languages or middleware tools is a plus.
