IT Project Manager - Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)

Designation : Project Manager.

Location : New Delhi (CP).

Salary : As per Market Standard.

Exp : Minimum 15 Years (10 years in Same ).

Industry : Manufacturing (Applicant Only From Same Domain will be Prefer).

Roles And Responsibility :

- The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within the organization, oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project outcomes that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :.

Functions - Operations, Procurement, Finance & Accounts, IT, Support Functions.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with Masters in Business Administration (Strategy, Systems or Market research preferred).

- Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite and MS Visio required.

- Fair understanding of BPM Modelling notations required.

Experience :

- 15 years' experience in the industry with around 10 years' experience in a similar role.

- Delivery Management of Digital projects around Source to Pay, Order to cash, Sales and Operations.

- Planning/Production Planning and Control, QHS.

- Experience in similar roles in well-known Business.

- Organizations and Consulting Organizations (Delivery role) will be preferred.

- Experience in organization transformation roles will be an added advantage.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems, software development processes, infrastructure, and networking concepts are important for an IT Project Manager.

- Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, is advantageous.

- Project Planning and Execution: Proven experience in project planning, including creating project schedules, defining project tasks, and estimating resource requirements.

- Ability to effectively execute and monitor project activities, track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks Experience in developing risk management strategies, contingency plans, and risk response strategies.

- Ability to proactively anticipate and address potential project issues and conflicts.

- Budget and Financial Management: Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.

- Experience in developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
