Relationship Manager - Sales - Loan (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a strong network of client relationships within the assigned territory.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client financial needs, risk tolerance, and loan requirements.

- Analyze client financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products (e.g., mortgages, auto loans, personal loans) based on their unique circumstances.

- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

- Negotiate loan terms and interest rates to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Build trust and rapport with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their concerns throughout the loan lifecycle.

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for loan products.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market research.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies for loan products.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry or loan products.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
