We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations, employee engagement, branding, and compliance initiatives. This role requires expertise in onboarding, payroll, performance management, HR policies, and branding while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR technology, compliance, and strategic HR Business Partnering.
HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives:
Spearhead HRMS enhancements, process improvements, and policy reviews .
Implement succession planning, salary restructuring, and compliance initiatives .
Ensure alignment of HR policies with labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices .
Payroll & Compensation Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Oversee payroll calculations, deductions, tax compliance (TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, etc.), and statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
Handle increment and salary revisions, bonuses, incentives, and full & final settlements (F&F).
Work with HR and finance teams to analyze payroll trends, budgets, and cost efficiency.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Develop and implement a structured onboarding framework that enhances the new hire experience and reduces time to productivity.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Administration teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Establish a pre-boarding process , including document verification, background checks, and workspace setup.
Design and conduct comprehensive orientation programs to introduce new hires to the company s mission, values, culture, and policies.
Implement a buddy program to support new employees in their first 90 days, enhancing engagement and cultural alignment.
Responsible for Exit Management and engagement strategies that boost employee retention and satisfaction throughout different stages of employment.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees and Partner with leadership to create initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
HR Administration & Reports:
Maintain employee master database and updated HRMS records.
Track and update manpower planning sheets after new joinings and exits.
Oversee budgeting and cost tracking , ensuring revenue-cost comparison and expense predictions, and vendor management.
Process paperwork related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Administer employee performance evaluation processes.
Prepare reports and analyze HR data for management review.
Employee Engagement & Branding:
Plan employee engagement activities , festival celebrations, and team outings.
Design posters, newsletters, and social media content to promote employer branding.
Encourage employees to post on LinkedIn and actively contribute to company culture.
Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
Conduct investigations into complaints and disciplinary matters.
Support managers in performance management and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
10 years of HR experience in IT, e-commerce, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, payroll, and performance management .
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Keka HRMS preferred), MS Office, and HR analytics tools .
Experience in OKR-based performance management is an added advantage.
