1. Data Research:
Conduct research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo for data sourcing.
Maintain and update accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Analyze market trends and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
2. Email Marketing:
Assist in creating and managing email campaigns, including crafting personalized email templates.
Track, analyze, and report the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to optimize email content and performance.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
3. Business Development:
Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and pitches to support outreach efforts.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing client bases.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for lead generation and business growth strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
