Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving lead generation and brand awareness, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS marketing (minimum 4 years), preferably with exposure to eCommerce SaaS tools. You will spearhead SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, create impactful marketing assets, and implement innovative strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies targeting the US market.
Identify opportunities for growth in SEO, PPC, and email marketing to drive leads and customer engagement.

Lead Generation Initiatives

Conceptualize and implement at least one new lead generation strategy, from ideation to performance analysis.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to continuously improve conversion rates.

SEO & PPC Management

Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
Manage PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Email Marketing & Automation

Design and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads throughout the funnel.
Implement automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Content & Asset Creation

Develop high-quality marketing assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and infographics to support lead generation and thought leadership.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and inform future marketing decisions.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders highlighting campaign outcomes, trends, and growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience : 8-12 years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in SaaS marketing (eCommerce SaaS experience highly preferred).
US Market Expertise : Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies specifically for the US market.
Strategic Acumen : Proven ability to conceptualize and implement new lead generation strategies, with measurable impact.
Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC campaign management, and email marketing automation tools.
Content Creation : Experience creating and managing marketing assets (eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and team collaboration.
