Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager with hands-on experience in the Electronic components or Micro controller or Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have proven success in sales performance, distributor management, and deep knowledge of the electronics industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales or business development people in the Indian market - managing distributors for electronics components and products and not consumer electronics products.
• 5 - 12 years experience across multiple locations across the country.
• Should be very strong performers in terms of number orientation.
• Should have good electronics industry expertise.

Education: Engineering degree (ECE / Electronics), MBA (preferred).

Experience: 5-12 years in sales, with a focus on electronics components and distributor management.

Skills: Strong data orientation, technical knowledge of electronics, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
