• Experience: 7 Years
• Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech/ M.E/ MTech/ MCA
• Mandate Skills: Prepare and present project, cross-functional teams, Collaborate with stakeholders, Implement agile methodologies, Facilitate meetings, managing large, complex cross-functional projects, CAPM, PMP certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

2. Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and allocate resources.

4. Implement agile methodologies and continuous process improvements.

5. Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across teams.

6. Proven experience managing large, complex cross-functional projects.

7. Establish and maintain clear project communication channels across teams.

8. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

9. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

10. Background in IT, software, or digital transformation projects.

11. Bachelors/Masters in Business or Management preferred.

12. Provide leadership and guidance on project execution from initiation to closure.

13. Certified candidates with CAPM, PMP certifications desirable
