Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, procedures, and services meet the required quality standards. You will play a key role in overseeing quality control programs, identifying improvement areas, and driving the implementation of best practices to enhance operational excellence. The role involves both strategic and operational elements, including monitoring performance, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

• Quality Management & Control:
• Oversee and manage the overall quality management system the processes, and services.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards and performance metrics in line with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes and service delivery.
• Process Improvement & Optimization:
• Lead and support continuous improvement programs, using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement within existing workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Work closely with clients to understand their quality expectations and ensure that these are consistently met.
• Communicate effectively with clients about quality metrics, performance reports, and any areas for potential improvement.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Create and maintain quality documentation and reports, tracking key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and clients.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and guide quality assurance teams to achieve the desired quality outcomes.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous team development.
• Compliance & Best Practices:
• Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in quality management and industry-specific best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing complex client relationships.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance techniques, process optimization, and performance metrics.
