IT Infra Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
Manage and monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.
Oversee the administration of network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
Ensure data integrity and security through effective backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Oversee the budget for IT infrastructure, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions and upgrades.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, proposing improvements to enhance the companys IT capabilities.
Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
