Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Review monthly management accounts including Statement of Financial Performance, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flows and reporting to management and stakeholders
• Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets and forecasts; MIS on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk and ensure good financial control on expenses
• Liaising with Overseas customers on billing matters
• Sound knowledge on
• With holding tax
• GST
• FEMA
• Income tax
• Accounting Standards
• Company Law related matters
• Transfer pricing related rules
• Manage the annual audit process
• Liaising with statutory authorities
• Manage the payroll processes
• Manage Finance team
• Attend Management meetings
• Weekly report on Finance Function

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Finance & Accounts Manager or similar role
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Time-management and organization skills
• Confidentiality
• Possess good leadership and good communication- both written and spoken
