Credit Control Executive/Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Billing Generation in the system
• System Payment Collection
• Report Generation in the system, POD check, follow-up in the system, and bill collection.
• Knowledge about TDS, Handling and management of physical bills.
• Details Checking and Posting of all types of invoices at entity and site level in MS - Excel and Tally.
• Handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.
• Prepare relevant reports & MIS, Interact with Franchisees towards order management & grievance, etc.
• Email cheking and revert to vender.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh talent who is highly motivated
• Candidates with no billing experience but excellent communication and analytical skills may also apply for this position.
• Self-motivator who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Candidate must be local from Nagpur.
