Techical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1.End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions using job portals, social media, and networking platforms..
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions

2.Candidate Sourcing:

• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques such as headhunting, networking, and referral generation to attract top talent.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.

3.Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and insights on hiring trends and challenges

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, testing, Creative Studio, etc.) preferably in gaming industry
• Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with hiring trends in the IT industry and an ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Working from office 5 days a week primarily in Noida Sector 144
