Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients in the United States. This role requires an in-depth understanding of IT solutions and services, a strategic mindset, and strong sales acumen. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to acquire new business, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in various industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams to understand their business challenges and present appropriate IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and value propositions that align with clients needs.
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company’s offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the IT industry, with a focus on the US market.
• Deep understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Strong network of contacts and decision-makers within the US market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
