Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients,
following a script or guidelines provided by the company.
Product/Service Promotion: Promote and explain the features and benefits of
products or services offered by the company.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team to follow up
with.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain rapport with customers, addressing their
inquiries and concerns.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives
or other company personnel.
Market Research: Conduct surveys or gather market information as required by the
organization.
Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer databases and records
of interactions.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales or call quotas.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and telemarketing regulations, including
Do Not Call lists.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team or management regarding customer preferences, objections, and market trends.",
