Detailed Job Description:
- Should have expertise in hiring consultants for various Business Advisory & Project Management consultancy projects in the infrastructure space such as - Urban infrastructure, Water sector, Energy, Tourism infra, IT/ICT and Transportation sector . They should also have experience in sourcing various experts for PPP based projects.
- Possess basic skills and expertise in sourcing through multiple platforms.
- Proficient in use of AI based tools for Talent Acquisition.
- Have good communications skills.
- Have pursuing skills for candidate follow ups and scheduled interviews.
- Should be organised & proficient in maintenance of Candidate Database and MIS.
- Should have data analytics & presentation skills and be able to furnish hiring statistics on daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis.
- Should have experience in controlling the hiring budget and annual hiring budget projection.
- Should possess excellent people management skills.
- Should have cognitive skills of critical thinking, verbal reasoning and attention to details
- Should be good at Talent management and experience in Leadership hiring.

Qualification:
PG: in MBA HR
Experience: 6 to 8 years
