Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role involves working with stakeholders, defining application roadmap, guiding the customer on choice of tools and technologies, identifying opportunities to improve technology solutions, building high performance teams to work on legacy transformation projects and implement new systems for the industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Delivery Management and people management skills. The individual would have worked as a Program Manager handling multiple projects, leading teams of 50+, directly dealing with client stakeholders and driving the delivery of projects. The individual would be well versed with estimating techniques, fixed price project deliveries and would be experienced. The job would involve recruiting new team members, creating governance structure, reporting, and technically involved with the delivery activities.

Required Skills :

• Experience in managing development and support (24x7) projects
• Experience in understanding how they are used for the application development, make recommendations and hiring for these skills will be part of the job responsibilities
• Experience in managing customer stakeholder.
• Good communication and Create compelling presentations highlighting the solutions, processes, status reports
• Relation building with clients and team
• Project management - PMP background is preferred
• Estimation, Solution review from delivery
• Experience in managing 100+ team and should be good in negotiation and People mgmt.
• Understanding staffing requirements at client site, as and when required and be able to fulfil through aggressive coordination with recruitment and client stakeholders
• Measuring every activity quantitively and demonstrating progress through measured metrics
• Problem solving skills are mandatory
• Be able to make decisions
• Understand P&L or account and operations
• Ability to make Architecture and Design decisions, independently
• Experience in managing customer from USA and middle east.

Responsibilities:-

• Establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers.
• Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
• Positioning InfoVision as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for IVL to implement IT solutions.
• Overall account to include work quality and customer satisfaction.
• Managing Account and Project Manager combinations to achieve client goals
• Contributing to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
