Job Description

Role : Lead / Senior L&D Executive

Salary : 15 LPA Upto

Location : Pune ( Preferred ) and Bangalore.

Mode : Hybrid ( 2 Days to be in Office )

Notice Period : 30 Days max ( Immediate Joiners Preferred )


Note :


1) Candidate should have excellent Communication skills.

2) Should have experience in L&D based " Digital Applications ".


Position Overview :


We are seeking a proactive and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to join our team as a Senior Executive/Lead. This individual will focus on coordinating and managing L&D initiatives, acting as a Training Partner for multiple business units, and overseeing organizational learning projects. The role includes vendor management, supporting leadership development programs, facilitating Individual Development Plans (IDPs), managing mentorship programs, and executing enterprise-level learning strategies.


Key Responsibilities :


  • L&D Coordination: Coordinate and manage the implementation of learning programs aligned with organizational and business unit objectives.
  • Training Partner: Collaborate with business units to identify learning needs and coordinate to facilitate tailored programs and address capability gaps.
  • Vendor Management: Work with e-learning vendors (e.g., Udemy, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning) to source relevant content and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Leadership Development Support: Coordinate leadership and soft skills workshops by working with external trainers and internal stakeholders.
  • Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Partner with managers and employees to ensure effective implementation and tracking of IDPs.
  • Mentorship Programs: Support the rollout and monitoring of mentorship initiatives aimed at enhancing career growth and managerial capabilities.
  • Learning Projects: Manage and coordinate programs such as onboarding for fresh graduates and lateral hires, cross-training initiatives, and internal mobility programs.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee LMS platform operations, ensuring seamless learning content delivery, reporting, and user engagement.
  • MIS & Data Management: Maintain and analyse L&D-related MIS data to track learning program effectiveness, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with HR, managers, and employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals and promote a culture of learning.

Qualifications and Skills :


  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of dedicated L&D experience in the IT industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • LMS Platforms: Proficiency in LMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with e-learning providers such as Udemy, Pluralsight, or LinkedIn Learning.
  • Onboarding Programs: Familiarity with developing and managing onboarding programs for fresh graduates and lateral hires.
  • Cross-Training & Mobility: Experience in coordinating internal mobility and cross-training initiatives is a plus.
  • MIS & Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to measure program effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a learner-centric approach.

Education :


  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in L&D or instructional design are a plus.
