Job Description

Job Title
SAP ABAP Technology Architect

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, considering business needs, technical feasibility, and best practices.

Analyze existing IT landscapes and develop migration strategies for transitioning to SAP S/4HANA (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).

Deep dive into client requirements to understand their pain points and recommend the most effective S/4HANA solutions.

Craft detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and configuration guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers) to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP S/4HANA, cloud technologies, and security practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to S/4HANA deployments and integrations.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

15+ years of relevant SAP & domain experience with minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP technology, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.

Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and deployment options (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).

Expertise in cloud technologies relevant to SAP S/4HANA (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Excellent understanding of system integration concepts and best practices.

Effective communication, analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Expertise in SAP ABAP OOPS, ODATA, CDS Views, FQ Events, BRF+, S/4 HANA Coding standards, module pool programming, Idocs, Workflows, enhancements etc.

Good knowledge and experience in one or more functional modules like FICO, MM, EAM, PS, ISU etc.

Preferred Skills:

Technology->SAP Technical->S4 HANA
Technology->SAP Functional->S4 HANA - ABAP

Additional Responsibilities:

Certifications in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Professional - SAP S/4HANA).

Experience with SAP ABAP programming.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA HANA database administration.

Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments.

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
