SDWAN Network Engineer will be primarily responsible for planning, designing the network, configuration and implement as per customer requirement and document the same. The support of SDWAN solutions such as Cisco Viptela, Silverpeak and Velocloud. Based on high level design provided by Customer and solution manager, engineer need to prepare configuration, collect network information and prepare low level design detail The engineer will be responsible making sure that all client support cases are met, responded, and resolved in a timely manner without breaching the SLA. Create templates that can be used to push to all sites. Experience with deployment profiles, templates and pushing them to all branch locations and onboard the devices. Strong experience with SDWAN routing protocols OSPF and BGP Should have good knowledge of cisco networking technologies such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS,HSRP,VRRP ,LAN/WAN etc. Required to follow up with clients, have joint troubleshooting sessions with the client to help achieve speedy resolutions. Engage with partner for pre-staging ,cross check the configuration/pre-check logs before installation or delivering the equipment to respective country partner office. Strong ability and desire to learn new technologies and capability to drive innovation are absolute must Hands on experience on implementation , design , migration, planning Hands-on experience on Cisco SDWAN/Viptela / velo cloud / silver peak Technology and products Troubleshooting experience on SDWAN viptela , velo cloud , silverpeak , routing protocols. Good understanding on Routing and Switching and legacy configuration. CCNA and CCNP Level knowledge LAN/WAN Troubleshooting, Experience on dynamic routing protocol-BGP,OSPF and static routing protocol. Fine tune the SDWAN with industry best practices Products to worked on: SDWAN -Cisco, Silver Peak, Velocloud and Fortigate CPE LAN - Cisco, Aruba/HPE SDLAN - Meraki Routers WAN - Juniper, Cisco,HPE
