Configuration Management Specialist - HAM, SAM and CMDB

Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware Must have at least ten years of working experience as IT asset Manager and managing people in a team (c.a. 15-20 people). Must have experience in end to end Hardware asset manage-ment (set-up, transition/transformation and RUN) Must have at least 10 years of strong knowledge and working experience with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports Must have working experience in ITSM Processes (design, im-plementation and institutionalization) including corresponding ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset and configuration management processes successfully Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tools Autonomous in performing multiple tasks at the same time in-dependently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
