Configuration Management Specialist - HAM, SAM and CMDB

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware
• Must have at least ten years of working experience as IT asset Manager and managing people in a team (c.a. 15-20 people).
• Must have experience in end to end Hardware asset manage-ment (set-up, transition/transformation and RUN)
• Must have at least 10 years of strong knowledge and working experience with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
• Must have working experience in ITSM Processes (design, im-plementation and institutionalization) including corresponding ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset and configuration management processes successfully
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tools
• Autonomous in performing multiple tasks at the same time in-dependently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
