As a solution architect you will play a key role in designing, developing innovative solutions that leverage various IMS solutions to meet our client requirements. You will be collaborating with various teams not limited to Sales, Practice, Delivery, Partners to develop wining solutions for our clients and drive business growth. Articulate all aspects of Transformation solution and communicate value and outcomes to the client. Influence client evaluation criteria and decision making. Work individually, in teams or as leader, to determine customer requirements in complex and often ambiguous outsourced environments. Interact effectively with team, pursuit leaders, internal governance, and business leadership.
Role & responsibilities
• With solid foundation of in-depth infrastructure knowledge, expertise with Pre-Sales and scope management expertise, Lead the design high-impact technical and delivery solutions ensuring alignment with clients business requirement and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership to presales teams for presentations & proposal development. conduct final review, edit proposals, and approve technical content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define solution strategies. Develop project plans, resource requirements, budget estimates, Statement of works.
• Design Transformation solutions and Pricing models in close consultation with practices and partner teams.
• Translation of business and technical requirements into solution sales that are consistent with our strategic business focus.
• Facilitate technical planning architecture sessions with the clients.
• Lead inter-tower solution linkage and optimization for enhanced solution efficiency and/or cost advantage.
• Review and provide input to financial assumptions, commercial T&Cs and contract definitions.
• Participate in client negotiations, influences strategies, and lead technical contract elements.
• Contributes for development of schedule by working with PM and practices.
• Contribute to win strategies and definition of win themes, including business case development and solution approach
