Role & responsibilities
- Perform Application packaging and deployment pre-check outs
- Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, failed install endpoint tracking, and remediation on failed installs
- Escalation of deployment failures exceeding specified failure thresholds
- Maintain documentation and procedures
- Provide firm-wide desktop operational services
