Things to remember while entering the campus:

Documents and things to Carry:

  • Carry a printout your updated resume.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).

Designation: Process Specialist

Experience: 2-4 years

Qualification: Any graduate- full time education

Shift: Night Shift

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days


Educational Requirements & Skills:

Must Have

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in HR Operations
  • Understanding of employee Compensation Administration process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good to have

  • Experience specific to Compensation administration for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.

Description:

  • Support in develop, revise, and manage approach to compensating its workforce (incl. base pay, variable pay, executive comp, ad-hoc comp adjustments & payments) in alignment with business strategy, objectives, and culture. It also includes compensation communication strategy
  • Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and review / update of salary structures, and activities required for conducting compensation benchmarking surveys.
  • Determine recommended salary for jobs or positions based on evaluation of details provided by manager or HR Business Partner
  • Identify need to update the salary structure and provide a proposal to be reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Partner with HRBPs to determine off-cycle pay adjustments and obtain approval from appropriate committee
  • Administer the year-end compensation process, where key activities include identifying the bonus eligible population, advising on communication of bonus/salary changes, preparing and distributing bonuses to regional payroll teams, processing the bonus files in payroll, etc.
  • Manage the off cycle stock grant list and gain approval from appropriate Committee..

Identify, plan, and administer rewards and recognition programs and payments to defined opportunities (i.e., spot bonus)

  • Manage compensation & benefits for executives (including comp & bonus structure, special handling procedures, etc.).
