Job Description:

- At least 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a consulting environment.

- Must have experience in APAC recruitment.

- Strong attention to detail and immediate responsiveness to messages from internal teams on platforms like Teams.

- Proactive in gathering and understanding all requirements, ensuring quality profiles are shared within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

- Responsible for submitting high-quality profiles while taking the initiative in following up on requirements.

- Maintains excellent relationships with both clients and internal teams, fostering effective collaboration.

- Demonstrates a "can-do" mentality and thrives in challenging situations.

- Exhibits exceptional sourcing skills, including using portals, social media platforms, referrals from personal networks, headhunting, and leveraging new recruitment technologies.

- Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed job closure targets.

- Open to taking on additional responsibilities beyond IT recruitment as needed.
