Position Overview

This is a full-time employment role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team with a focus on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in a client-facing role. This person will play a key role in developing highly effective learning solutions. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a Training Lead, the Instructional Designer is responsible for the following:

Develop training solutions (e.g., training presentations, quick reference guides, and using his or her review and applying appropriate instructional design theories and methods
Proficient use of training development tools, following development standards set for the project. Create training deliverable templates
Develop training materials as per the approved project training strategy and approach, Training plan and Training Curriculum.
Ensure overall quality of training deliverables, providing QA for all end user training courses
