Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, user guides, case studies, and product documentation.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to produce insightful content.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure readability for different user personas.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.
• Create engaging content for technical marketing, website pages, and social media.
• Work with design and marketing teams to enhance content with visuals, infographics, and diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical content writing.
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or other technical domains.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
