Title: US IT Recruiter 2 -5 years experienced

Location: Bhopal and Noida

Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST(Night Shifts)

Work mode- Work from the office(100%)

Free Pickup/Drop for Noida location + Health Insurance +Lucrative Incentives

Note: No cab facility as of now for Bhopal location.

Job Description:

• Core IT recruitment
• Must be aware about the US work visas and market
• Onsite resources only
• Need a very confident person who is ready to take challenges
• Technically sound for IT roles.
• Work together with employers to better understand the key requirements for a position
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
• Make sure that the potential employees have necessary IT skills to meet client needs
• Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner in order to determine their competency
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
• Remain at the forefront of the most recent market trend
• Set up interviews between the employer and the potential candidate
• Illustrate the benefits of the company’s pay plan and aid in navigating any negotiations over
