Candidate profile:-

• Any experience of working with US/UK or Canada process.
• Holds experience of working with Inbound/outbound process.
• Should have worked with clients/customers in the past.
• Comfortable to work in night shift.
• excellent comm skills and a stable profile is mandatory.

• US IT Recruiter

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings

Looking for a recruiter who can help us with our clients hiring. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision

• US NON-IT Recruiter

Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/Projects.

• US Healthcare Recruiter -

Should be aware of Healthcare terminologies

Recruit for healthcare verticals (Nursing/Allied roles) - Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant,

Desired candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Proactive in identifying problems and solution oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/Projects.
