Hiring For Bench Sales Recruiter - Bhopal_On-site (US Shift)

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager (Bench Sales) to join our expanding team in Bhopal. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts, focusing on identifying and engaging with qualified IT consultants who are currently on the bench.

Job Details:

• Position: Account Manager - Bench Sales
• Mode: Work from Office_Bhopal
• Office hours: 7:00 pm 4:00 am (IST)
• Location: Bhopal(Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Job Matching: Identifying the right job opportunities and marketing our HL consultants who are on the bench.
• Cold Calling/Emailing: Reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to offer available bench resources.
• Coordinating Placements: Collaborating with recruiters and client POC to ensure smooth placements and transitions for candidates.
• Strong communication skills are essential and non-negotiable.
• Knowledge about H1B Transfer is highly preferred.
• Open for Onsite 100%, No Hybrid.
• Minimum 3 Years of work experience.
• Must have experience working with Tier 1 vendors, Implementation partners, MSP, and VMS clients
• Build upon existing business and obtain referrals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the IT staffing industry.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with consultants and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.
