We are hiring for a US Non-IT Recruiter at Compunnel Technology | Noida (Onsite).

• Designation: Recruiter - IT/US Non-IT
• Work Location: Noida
• Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience Required: 1 -2 Years (Freshers can also apply)

+++ Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

+++ Someone holding experience in the BFSI, Education, Allied Healthcare

+++ Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/Projects.

+++ Candidate Should have strong experience working on CB/Monster/Indeed/ VMS/ MSP Accounts.

+++ Candidates should be well versed in W2 Hiring and have hands on experience with headhunting W2 candidates and various US Tax Terms.

+++ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+++ Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.

+++ Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.

+++ Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

+++ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+++ Bachelor's degree in technical field.
