Job Title: Executive- HR Operations

Location: Goa, Panaji ( 100% onsite)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Shift: 7:00 pm- 4:00 am IST (Night shift)

Job Description:

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and their roles.
• MIS Reports: Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to HR activities, employee statistics, and other HR metrics to aid in decision-making.
• Background Verification (BGV): Coordinate and manage the background verification process for new hires, ensuring all required checks are completed.
• Documentation: Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for new employees. Manage the issuance of ID cards and ensure all employees have proper identification.
• Biometric Attendance Management: Oversee the biometric attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance and addressing any issues that arise.
• HRMS Management: Maintain and manage the HR Management System (HRMS), ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date. Provide support to employees regarding HRMS queries and issues.
• Leave and Attendance: Manage leave requests and maintain records of employee attendance and leave balances. Generate reports on leave and attendance trends for management review.

Essential skills:

• Bachelor's in HR or related field with 4+ years in HR operations, specializing in onboarding, MIS reporting, BGV, and documentation.
• Skilled in HRMS, MS Office (Excel), biometric, and ID management systems.
• Proficient in leave and attendance management, with strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information.
