Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Contractual Role

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Overview:
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on end-to-end HR management for a diverse workforce. This includes talent management, employee engagement, retention strategies, and driving organizational culture. The role demands strong expertise in HR analytics, stakeholder management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• People Engagement: Conduct 1-on-1 HR connects, town halls, leadership sessions, and new joiner connect programs. Foster transparent communication between employees and leadership.
• Attrition and Retention Management: Analyze attrition trends, implement retention strategies, and conduct exit interviews.
• Performance Management: Manage goal-setting, performance evaluations, rewards programs, and career development processes.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Drive participation in engagement surveys and implement actionable feedback plans.
• Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Create HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights using advanced Excel skills.
• Project Management: Lead HR projects, focusing on employee experience, diversity, inclusion, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years in HRBP roles managing a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
