Technical Project Manager

• Leading medium complex (waterfall / agile) projects with at least 2 disciplines/sites and/or coordinates multiple sub-projects.

• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Track and report project progress, including milestones, risks, and issues.
• Defining critical activities in terms of business value, innovation, impact and utility derived from cost-benefit analysis.
• Reusing historical data and project knowledge to solve issues, set up project management documents - plans, risk assessments, and project status reports etc.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects. Communicate with stakeholders to manage their expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan/conduct project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, meeting expected quality standards for project deliverables.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
• Thinking ahead about consequences of decisions and determining what and when appropriate to escalate issues/risks. In collaboration with project stakeholders, identifying project risks (opportunities and threats) and issues, identifying mitigation actions and engaging in considerate risk-taking behavior, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations.
• Change management of the released products.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor s/ master s degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Software engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Understanding of project management best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and clients.
• Strong project management skills a must with ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in design cycle of high-tech electronic components, assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical systems
