Roles and Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using the company's products or services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in call handling.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 0.6-3 years of experience in telecalling or related field.
- Strong calling skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
