QA Automation Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and prioritize testing efforts.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in QA automation.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in Java-based automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or similar tools.
