Qa Automation Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts using Taiko and Gauge framework. You will collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and implement automation to streamline workflows. Requirements:

• Proficiency in Core Java Script, Java, Cypress, Selenium framework
• Experience in Creating Test Plans, Test Scripts, Automation and Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks (TestNG/JUnit)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Ability to write automation scripts using Cypress or Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of JSON and working with APIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java, Javascript
• Write automation tests using existing frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, Protractor/Jasmine)
• Support process owners and troubleshoot automation-related issues
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvement ideas
• Create, update, and execute automation tests using the existing framework
• Provide failure analysis and maintenance of automation test suites
• Assist in task planning, allocation, and tracking of project progress
• Design and build high-performance, reusable and reliable Java code
• Maintain and enhance code repositories using tools like Git
