Customer Support Executive (International Voice)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
• Process customer requests efficiently using CSE (Customer Support Engineer) tools and software.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers through documentation.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills for handling both inbound and outbound processes.
• Ability to work on domestic BPO projects as well as international voice processes.
