Automation Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support efficient testing processes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, providing feedback on defects found during testing.

Job Requirements :

• 9-12 years of experience in software testing with expertise in automation testing using Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver for automating web applications.
• Experience with PyTest framework for writing unit tests.
• Proven track record of developing scalable automation frameworks that meet business needs.
